This site is owned and run by Kathy 'Kat' and Rich Birr.  We are the original founders and owners of Kat's Herbs and original creators of the internet domain www.katsherbs.com.

As operators of Kat's Herbs, we are your friendly mom and pop internet store!  Your order always receives our personal, individual attention.

Kat's Herbs is an internet marketing company.  As an authorized dealer, we market Vitamin Power products which are stocked and shipping directly from the Vitamin Power warehouse in Freeport, New York.  Vitamin Power is sold nation wide by independent distributors such as ourselves.

Kat's Herbs also advertises for other internet sales companies such as vitacost.com and kalyx.com among others.  When you make a purchase from one of these off-site companies, Kat's Herbs receives a small commission.

Kat's Herbs SOLD the domain name www.katsherbs.com in May of 2003 - moving our active content to this domain (www.birrs.net/katsherbs).  Upon the sale of our old domain name, we retained rights to use the 'home' page and the directories www.katsherbs.com/vitaminpower/*.* and www.katsherbs.com/shopping/*.* until February 2004.  We also reserve all rights to the business name "Kat's Herbs" and continue to do business under that name.

We have no other affiliation with www.katsherbs.com.  We do not endorse nor recommend Herbalife or the Herbalife 'business opportunity'.

Service and Domestic Shipping

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  We ship via United Parcel Service, standard Parcel Post and Priority Mail.

Mail Orders:  We accept personal checks or money orders made payable to 'Kat's Herbs' for orders sent through the mail. For shipment within the continental U.S., please include the shipping charge from the table above. 

International Orders

Shipments outside the continental United States require additional shipping costs to be paid before the items are shipped. Use this button to pay the additional shipping in one dollar increments. 

International shipments may be subject to customs charges, tariffs and/or restrictions. We will complete custom forms as required with declared value of actual sales amount. It is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to PAY any customs fees and insure items ordered are not restricted. You may be required to pick up merchants at the customs office. There is a 40% restocking fee for returned international merchandise shipments. Shipping charges are NOT refundable if the order is shipped and returned or delivery is refused.

Prices

Our prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuating costs of raw materials, shipping, manufacturing and production.  It is our continual objective to offer each product at the lowest possible price, never sacrificing quality!

We collect no information on consumers who browse our Web pages.

No information is shared with other organizations.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart and to ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.

Refund Policy

Vitamin Power offers an exchange or refund on its products which are shipped direct from the factory. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with any Vitamin Power product, you may return it to the Vitamin Power warehouse within thirty (30) days from your receipt of the products for refund or exchange.  This guarantee does not apply to any intentionally altered, damaged, marked or misused product.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please wrap each bottle carefully and pack so they're not damaged in transit.  To assure proper processing of your return, indicate the order number on the back of the original packing slip.  Ship pre-paid UPS or Insured Parcel Post to:

The return policy applies to purchases made from www.birrs.net/katsherbs web site.

Off site companies such as Kalyx.com drugstore.com, vitacost.com, walmart.com, avon.com, amazon.com, bn.com, etc have separate shipping rates &  their own return policies.
